1. Attributes

The executive Committee shall:

    1. meet at least four times in a year
    2. be chaired by the President or in his/her absence the Vice President or any other elected member of the meeting.

The duties of the Executive Committee shall be to:

    1. propose to the General Assembly amendments to the Constitution.
    2. organise the Scientific Conferences.
    3. make annual budgetary estimates of the Society.
    4. elect members into the different subcommittees proposed by the General Assembly.
    5. consider and ratify the proposals of amendment of Bylaws.
    6. determine the rates of entrance fee, annual subscription and contributions to the Society.
    7. receive and approve financial statements of the Society between General Assembly meetings.
    8. conduct the business of the Society during the period between meetings of the General Assembly in accordance with the Constitution, Bylaws, and Resolutions of the General Assembly.
  1. Composition

    The Executive Committee is composed of the following members:

      • President
      • Vice-President
      • Honorary Secretary
      • Honorary Treasurer
      • Chairperson of Sub-Committees
      • The Immediate Past President

  2. General Assembly.

The General Assembly must:

    1. consider and ratify the proposals of amendment of Bylaws.
    2. determine the rates of entrance fee, annual subscription and contributions to the Society.
    3. receive and approve financial statements of the Society between General Assembly meetings.
    4. conduct the business of the Society during the period between meetings of the General Assembly in accordance with the Constitution, Bylaws, and Resolutions of the General Assembly.
